Delivered in partnership with our Finnish partners, Slingshot, the gym offers a comprehensive free weights facility supported by personal trainers. With this service, you can be guided as to how to maximise the potential of the top quality equipment on offer at the facility.

The gym has 3 different sets of Jordan Fitness Premium Urethane Dumbbells on offer for their members to utilise, with weights of up to 60kg available! Our Incredibly strong and durable Olympic Weightlifting bumper plates can also be used by members in their strength and conditioning sessions, regardless of whether they are a beginner or expert.

Along with being stocked full of great equipment, the gym also operates on a 24/7 basis, whereby there is no time that you cannot workout!
