With more than 1550 members, you might think that
John Grindrod at FTC Gym Ipswich has got his hands full, but we can tell you when we went to see him, he was taking it all in his stride. Of course with the help of Fifi, his beloved cocker spaniel and resident FTC Gym dog.
As John will soon tell you, its all about the members, and he's got a story for every one of them. As with many independent gyms they know their member like their best friends and treat them like one big family. That's what its all about and it is definetly an ethos that John signs up to.
With members front and centre John wanted to add the 'family crest' as it were and really shine the gyms branding throughout so as well as all of the functional JORDAN kit he also made sure he had some custom dumbbells, barbells and bumper plates taking the gym vibe to a whole new level.
