Fitness Rush is not simply a gym studio but has diversified itself to offer a complete package of care for its customers. The brand divisions include physical fitness, physiotherapy and mental wellbeing counselling.

The inspiration for this holistic gym offering came from the founder, Liam Rushmer, who has faced his own physical and mental health struggles in the past. He decided to create Fitness Rush in order to help others and channel his negative experiences into something positive.

Fitness Rush decided to take advantage of the professionality that comes with Jordan Fitness customised equipment and invested in a wide range of kit to compliment his brand. Investing in a variety of functional equipment such as kettlebells and custom dumbbells, along with custom bumper plates, the centre piece of his gym is the Ignite Functional Training Rig.

Now offering a mobile PT gym franchise, Fitness Rush is growing nationally.
