A modern twist on old school equipment

Fixed barbells are a great piece of kit; helping you improve your coordination, forcing y our body to stabilise and allowing you to strengthen any imbalances.

It is argued that barbells are more effective in training than when using a machine, this is because barbells force you to hold the full weight and keep it stable - unlike with a machine which stabilises the bar for you. Plus, for those of you who don't have loads of space; barbells are much easier to store!
