Jordan Fitness FMG Project image 3

The FMG Project is the social enterprise arm of the Friday Media Group, with the aim of providing young individuals with coaching, expertise and guidance that otherwise would not have been available to them. Their impressive connections to local sporting clubs also allow them to set up these young people with valuable opportunities within sport.

The FMG Project prides themselves on being able to teach young people how to channel their energy into positive outcomes, with the ultimate goal of providing people with a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Jordan Fitness has been proud to provide equipment, such as Bumper Plates, for the project to assist them in their journey in helping young people achieve their full potential.

Be sure to check out their journey on Instagram and Facebook, and you can view their website here for more information.
