After spending her childhood growing up in gyms, Kate from Sorority Strength decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and set up her own dedicated female-only gym in late 2021, after spotting a gap in the market during her PT sessions with clients throughout the pandemic.
Supporting women within her West Norfolk community, she offers a unique experience with weightlifting-focused classes and personal training sessions for her ladies, while also giving them full access to her gym space to use at their own pleasure. The overall message of the gym is that it is an inclusive ‘Strong Babes Club’ that breaks all preconceptions of female fitness and weightlifting, bringing women of all ages, shapes and sizes together for their fitness journeys.
Kate brings a wealth of experience with her to her own studio after being involved in running several other gyms, deciding to choose Jordan Fitness as her main supplier after years of using and loving Jordan kit.
