Due to demand on equipment for gyms reopening, delivery is expected to be despatched within 3-6 working days from your order, based on smaller orders under 30kg delivered by FEDEX. Please note for larger orders these are sent by pallet delivery which maybe 7-10 days from despatch from our warehouse. 

Northern Ireland, Ireland and International Orders: Please be aware due to challenges with our haulage carriers, delivery may not be possible at present. Please contact us before you order to check if delays can be expected.

For our commercial customers (Gyms, Hotels, Lesiure Centres, Schools and Colleges), you can order direct from us by emailing via sales @ or contact your account manager. Priority deliveries can be made dependant on your circumstances.


What are your current delivery times?

We are currently advising smaller item delivery will be 3-6 working days, due to demand. We may be able to speed up orders in special circumstances (moving house etc) so please do email us to ask what's possible based on your order requirements.

I no longer need my kit, how do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped and you no longer wish for your order to be processed – please email with your order number and we will cancel and refund your order.

What if I need to return/exchange any items?

Due to limited staff availability, we are accepting returns but we may not be able to action immediately so we ask for your patience as part of this process.
If you do not wish to keep your product(s) and need to return them once we fully re-open, you must email and communicate your intent to return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You MUST include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Name & address
  • Photo of the goods received still in their original packaging

As long as the product is not damaged and is wrapped in its original packaging, we will initiate returns once we are back in operation and provide a full refund. Please note: any delivery costs associated with returns will not be covered. You must also provide proof of delivery back to us.

The above procedure is also to be applied to any Warranty claims during this period.
