Due to overwhelming demand, we will not be taking any more orders for our fitness/gym equipment.

The safety and wellbeing of our warehouse and operations team is of the upmost importance to us, and in this climate of uncertainly and a clear message to ‘Stay at Home’ we do not feel it is right to continue to take orders. As a result, we will now only be processing orders that were placed before 12pm on Monday 30th March. This applies to our valued customers and resellers across the world.

We are very proud of how the nation has continued to place such value on the role of fitness in this crisis. It is clear from such demand, and from all the messages that we have had, that our staying open as long as possible has been of immense help both physically and mentally, to thousands of people.

Once we have fulfilled the remainder of orders, our incredible team (and business overall) will go into a period of hibernation, until the government feels it is safe for businesses to fully operate again. A few key members of staff with continue to work and support our customers, with the remainder of our staff financially protected under the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.

We intend to wind down operations as of now and expect of close, with our last full operational day on Thursday 9th April. This is necessary to protect our team ‘our Jordan family’, and our business, so that when restrictions are lifted, we will be ready (with the required stock) to support our gyms and health club partners across the world.

We’d like to thank you for your support, and to thank our incredible team who have pulled together like never before to support this nation’s health and wellbeing.



If you have already ordered from us, we hope the below will answer some of your questions:

I’ve already ordered, when can I expect my kit?

Please be reassured if you have placed an order with us we will work to fulfil your order as soon as possible (currently within 10 working days)

I no longer need my kit, how do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped and you no longer wish for your order to be processed – please email with your order number and we will cancel and refund your order.

What if I need to return/exchange any items whilst you are closed?

Due to our closure, we are unable to accept any returns at present. However, this does not affect your consumer rights. If you do not wish to keep your product(s) and need to return them once we re-open, you must email and communicate your intent to return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You MUST include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Name & address
  • Photo of the goods received still in their original packaging

As long as the product is not damaged and is wrapped in its original packaging, we will initiate returns once we are back in operation and provide a full refund. Please note: any delivery costs associated with returns will not be covered. You must also provide proof of delivery back to us.

The above procedure is also to be applied to any Warranty claims during this period.
