Following our web shop closure on March 31st, having experienced exceptional demand for free weights and functional fitness kit, our incredible warehouse team worked like never before to safely dispatch thousands of gym equipment orders throughout April.  

We want to thank everyone for their patience during this period, as it has been full of unexpected situations including delays, which have been an unfortunate consequence of this unprecedented situation.

We are now working with a limited staff base, so please be aware our phone lines remain closed with all correspondence to go via sales @

We are very proud of how the nation has continued to place such value on the role of fitness in this crisis. It is clear from such demand, and from all the messages that we have had, that our staying open as long as possible has been of immense help both physically and mentally, to thousands of people.

We’d like to thank you for your support, and to thank our incredible team who have pulled together like never before to support this nation’s health and wellbeing.



Whilst we are operating on a skeleton crew, please find below some answers to questions we have anticipated regarding our service levels:

What are your current delivery times?

We are currently operating a close to normal timeframe, however, we must stress that with demand peaking at certain points we are advising delivery will be up to 10 working days.

I no longer need my kit, how do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped and you no longer wish for your order to be processed – please email with your order number and we will cancel and refund your order.

What if I need to return/exchange any items whilst you are on a skeleton crew?

Due to limited staff availability, we are unable to accept any returns at present. However, this does not affect your consumer rights. If you do not wish to keep your product(s) and need to return them once we fully re-open, you must email and communicate your intent to return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You MUST include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Name & address
  • Photo of the goods received still in their original packaging

As long as the product is not damaged and is wrapped in its original packaging, we will initiate returns once we are back in operation and provide a full refund. Please note: any delivery costs associated with returns will not be covered. You must also provide proof of delivery back to us.

The above procedure is also to be applied to any Warranty claims during this period.
